How long until I receive my order?
You will receive your order 10 days after receipt of required deposit.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 50% on all custom orders. You place the order and place a deposit by check or credit card. We print and send you your shirts. You complete payment. No deposits required by schools, or government agency’s, or customers with existing credit.

What if I need my order before then?
Rush charges apply according to how fast you need the order. Please contact customer support for further information.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We have a 4 shirt minimum.

How much do you charge to do the artwork?
If you choose a pre-existing PSG design then the artwork is Free! However if you ask us to come up with a design for you then we charge $25/hour.

Can I get a catalog?
Yes you can. Just email or call us and we will be glad to send you one.

Am I limited at all in choosing what colors I want for my shirts?
No. We can match just about any color you choose.

Do you charge for matching PMS colors?
Sometimes we do but most of the time we don't. We have most colors in stock but every now and then a very special ink needs to be ordered which the customer will be charged for
